What makes it so durable is that a specially formulated and processed high-strength, high-abrasion-resistant engineering plastic bearing.

Though all the companies manufacture the Rack Ends in similar ways, but most of them failed to improve the durability. This is owing to the lash as a result of premature wear of the plastic bearing. Most of the reasons are the result of the incorrect choice of the raw material for the bearing or the inappropriate design of the material.
